DOSAGE

Recommended Dosage: Adults: Take 1 capsule a daily with food. Children over 3 years: Take 1 capsule every second day. Separate capsule and mix contents with unheated food or liquid. Or as directed by your healthcare professional. Not to be used in children under 2 years of age without medical advice.
